Meet directly with Dr. Andrew Neville for a full 50-minute Initial Clinical Session.
This session gives Dr. Neville time to understand your history, assess your symptoms, and understand how long-term stress may have shaped your stress-response system. He uses this appointment to identify the patterns behind your fatigue and to determine what level of care your physiology needs moving forward.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s been happening in your body and what kind of support would give you the strongest foundation for recovery.
If you choose to continue into care, the session fee is applied toward your program.
What Happens After This Appointment
Every patient begins with this session. Afterward, Dr. Neville will discuss which of our structured care paths fits what he sees in your physiology:
Adrenal Healing Foundations — a guided 8-week program with Dr. Neville, lab testing, and a structured pace for settling your system.
Adrenal Healing Transformation — a comprehensive 6-month program with Dr. Neville’s direct care, advanced testing, and individualized treatment plans.
He’ll walk you through your options at the end of the session, and your coach will help you understand what comes next. There’s no pressure to decide immediately; many people take some time to sit with the information before choosing their path.
After You Checkout Today
Your coach will email you within one business day (Monday–Friday) to schedule your appointment time. Once that’s set, you’ll receive an invitation to our patient portal, Practice Better, where you’ll find your forms and your appointment link.
